Tai Chi

Ancient art, modern wellbeing!

Wudang Tai Chi Introduction
Introduction

Tai Chi Chuan, an ancient practice originating in the Wudang Mountains of China, has evolved from its martial origins into a renowned exercise for physical and mental wellbeing. Its gentle, flowing movements, combined with mindfulness, promote relaxation, improve balance, and enhance overall health.

Wudang Tai Chi, popularised by Hong Kong’s Cheng Tin Hung and enriched by his student Dan Docherty, retains its martial heritage as both were esteemed martial artists. Self-defence sessions are also available for those wishing to explore this aspect further.
