3. Self Defence

Practical applications of the Hand Form movements, including striking, kicking and grappling techniques

4. Weapons

Forms and practical applications for the three traditional Chinese weapons of spear, sabre and sword

5. Internal Strength

12 Yin & 12 Yang exercises, having both therapeutic and meditative qualities, which energise the body and enable the practitioner to withstand kicks and punches
